FAQs

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. For international collectors outside these areas, please contact us to arrange a custom solution.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout (UPS, USPS). Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Print Quality & Materials

  • What kind of prints do you offer?
Collectors’ prints are made using museum-grade, archival-quality papers such as Hahnemühle Photo Rag and other giclée-standard materials.

  • Do you offer framed prints?
Yes. Select prints can be ordered with premium wood frames, with or without matting. All materials are chosen for longevity and gallery-level presentation.

  • Will my print match what I see on screen?
Yes. All images are printed using calibrated color profiles and pigment-based inks for excellent tonal range and color fidelity.

Ordering, Handling & Safety

  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders begin production quickly and cannot be modified once in progress. You may request cancellation within 1 hour of ordering. Orders already in production may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • How are prints packaged for shipping?
Prints are handled with white-glove care, packaged in protective archival sleeves, and shipped in rigid flat mailers or tubes depending on size. Framed prints ship with protective padding and corner guards.

  • Do you inspect prints before shipping?
Yes. Every order is individually reviewed and inspected for quality control to ensure it meets RMC Editions’ standards before shipping.

Payments & Support

  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • Do you offer discounts for designers or volume orders?
Yes. Interior designers, collectors, and hospitality clients may request trade pricing or licensing packages by contacting studio@rmceditions.com.

  • Do you accept returns?
Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.

How to Care for Your Print

Proper care ensures your fine art print maintains its quality and value for decades. Here’s how to protect your investment:

  • Handle with care.
Always handle prints with clean, dry hands. Ideally, use cotton gloves to prevent oils or scratches—especially on unframed giclée paper.

  • Avoid direct sunlight.
Even with archival inks, prolonged exposure to UV light can fade artwork. Display your print away from direct sunlight or install UV-filtered glass if framing.

  • Store flat or rolled (carefully).
If not framing immediately, keep your print in the protective sleeve provided and store flat. For larger prints shipped in tubes, unroll gently and allow it to relax before framing.

  • Frame with acid-free materials.
We recommend framing with archival, acid-free matting and backing. This prevents yellowing and supports long-term preservation.

  • Avoid moisture and extreme temps.
Do not display in areas with high humidity (like bathrooms) or near heating/cooling vents. Sudden temperature shifts can warp or damage both paper and frame.

  • Dust, don’t wipe.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or compressed air to clean framed prints. Never use water or cleaning sprays on the artwork or glazing.
